WHO ARE WE?

In the Quinte Region, various organizations working to relieve hunger have banded together to share information and resources and explore ways of meeting mutual goals through a collaborative effort. This new coalition is referred to as the “Belleville Charitable Meal Programs Network” or "The Champs Network". It is currently made up of 15 organizations that serve free meals, pantry programs, or other poverty and community-based agendas.
