Once registered, visitors are eligible to receive emergency items (food, toiletries, etc.) on a monthly basis. Visitors may register through the online portal or by visiting 25 Wallbridge Cresent, Belleville. Learn more at https://www.gleanersfoodbank.ca/need-help/food.
Salvation Army's "Food For Me" program allows your to shop for the food you and your family enjoy - offering donated food from their pantry and grocery store gift cards. This service is available to individuals and families by appointment every two months. Small weekly pantry. Every Tuesday from 1-2 pm at St. Matthew's United Church - 25 Holloway Street, Belleville. Pantry follows "Matthew's Table" - a weekly light hot lunch at noon. All welcome to both, no I.D. required.
Pantry acts as secondary site for Gleaners, offering still available weekly items + community donations. All that is available is divided up amongst those who arrive (no guarantees). Visitors can "shop" for goods they prefer.

Subsidized & Free Fresh Produce
The Good Food Box Program offers fresh, healthy, nutritious fruits and vegetables at a fraction of the retail cost. The boxes are available monthly. They can be ordered by phone or online and are available for pick-up at various depots around Hastings & Prince Edward Counties.
$15 = Large fruit & vegetable boxes
$10 = Small fruit & vegetables boxes
$5 = Fruit bag
